Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. Book one in the Mercy Thompson series. About werewolves and shapeshifters and fae and vampires and mechanics! Reading Level: Adult
Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater. Book one in her Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy. About a girl who falls in love with a wolf who turns into a boy. Reading Level: Teen
Kitty and the Midnight Hour by Carrie Vaughn. Werewolf series (still on-going) about a midnight radio show hostess gone werewolf who lands herself in all manner of trouble. Reading Level: Adult
The Mockingbirds by Daisy Whitney. If you've read Speak then you'll probably love this book. It's about a girl who has to deal with date-rape, how she takes back her life, and the student-run underground organization that helps her do it. Reading Level: Teen
Strange Angels by Lili St. Crow. Series of five books about a defiant young girl who deals with the things that go bump in the night. Got werewolves, vampires, and some other crazy mischief. A good read, but the first book's a little hard to get into. But it's better the second time around, and the sequels are excellent. Reading Level: Teen
